Terms of Service

When you subscribe and obtain a license key, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms and for as long as your license remains active.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key or account access.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create misleading or fraudulent labels.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

You retain ownership of the product data, labels, and templates you create. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the pricing and product information you enter and print.

Subscriptions and payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Renewals, cancellations, billing, refunds, and applicable taxes are handled in accordance with the selected subscription plan (Monthly or Annual) and Paddle's applicable buyer terms. If you cancel your subscription, your license remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, the license becomes inactive unless the subscription is renewed.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying that printed labels and barcodes meet your needs before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Valley Jo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
