01Do I need any special equipment?
No. PriceTag Pro exports print-ready PDFs that work with standard office printers and common thermal label printers. If you can print a document, you can print your labels.
02What barcode formats are supported?
You can generate EAN-13, UPC-A, and Code 128 barcodes. Each one is rendered at high resolution so it scans reliably at the register or with a handheld scanner.
03Can I reuse my label designs?
Yes. Save any layout as a template and reprint it instantly. When a price or SKU changes, update the product once and reprint — no redesigning required.
04How do I access the app after buying?
After checkout you receive a license key. Enter it on the sign-in page to unlock your private workspace on your devices. Your key keeps your catalog secure.
05Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Whether you are on a monthly or yearly plan, you can cancel renewal anytime. Your subscription automatically renews at your selected billing interval until you cancel, and your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. See our refund policy for details.
06Is my product data private?
Your catalog sits behind license-protected access, so only people with your key can view or edit it. We never sell your data.
07Why do I see a Paddle charge on my card statement?
PriceTag Pro payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your card statement may therefore display Paddle together with the PriceTag Pro billing descriptor.
