Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided the license has not been substantially used (for example, a large volume of labels exported).

All purchases are made through Whop, and refunds are issued through Whop back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

PriceTag Pro is sold as a single one-time payment — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

• Your license does not renew and will never be billed again.
